The many changing seasons of a woman's life can result in low sex drive from time to time. The main hormone culprits that affect libido are estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone (we'll talk about those a bit later). For women struggling with libido, the conversation can be quite painful - you are in a safe space! There is no judgment.

Like most women, I, too, have struggled with libido at times. It's important to understand that healthy libido is not just about the physical act of sex; a healthy sex life affects our vitality, relationships, and quality of life.
