Hormone imbalance and your health

Welcome

Today, we will be talking about the roots of hormone imbalance. If you’ve been experiencing difficult periods, hot flashes, weight gain or low energy – this talk is for you! Grab a notebook and pen for taking notes and let’s dive in.

Did you know?

Balanced sex hormones are essential for overall health and wellbeing. Imbalances of estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone can lead to serious health consequences for women.  Conditions caused by hormone imbalance, such as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), estrogen dominance, and exaggerated symptoms of menopause, are common today.

Hormone imbalance can increase the risk of breast cancer and other health conditions and should not be ignored. Hormone imbalance also affects mental wellbeing causing mood swings, irritability, anger, low sex drive, and even anxiety.  Balanced sex hormones (and all hormones, for that matter) is key to a healthy and happy life.
