To kick off our conversation on hormone health, one of the first things we need to talk about is food. Certain foods can throw your hormones and your body off balance - and they're not always the foods you think.  In the same way, other foods can boost your hormone health and promote balance.

If you've already made positive changes to your diet and lifestyle, yet you are still feeling off, it's time to investigate whether there may be some unexpected hormone-disrupting foods or chemicals hidden in the foods you are eating.  I know hormonal issues can feel really hard to overcome. However, many of the things that contribute to hormonal balance can be controlled (even changed) through a healthy diet and lifestyle changes.
